The Mission is also responsible for the management of Hajj operation for Bangladeshi pilgrims. It may be mentioned here that during the time of Hajj the whole Consulate is geared up and each and every member of this Mission is engaged in Hajj related activities in addition to their normal duties for a period of 2-3 months.
   
1. Hire residential accommodations for ballottee Hajis in makkah     during Holy Hajj.
2. Maintain liaison with local Hajj Ministry and other concerned     office.
3. Provide assistance to the distressed Hajis.
4. Receive and see off Hajjis at Airport, Makkah, and Madinah.
5. Arrange burial for deceased Hajjis.
6. Assist Hajjis, who at times get lost, to find out their locations.
7. Provide medical facilities to the Hajjis.
8. Send reports/suggestion to the Ministry of Religious Affairs regarding Hajj operation.
9. Maintenance of Makkah and Madinah Hajj Mission Buildings.
10. Accommodation and transportation at Mina and Arafat for Hajj Administrative and Logistic Team.
11. Maintain liaison with Muallems for the welfare of pilgrims.
12. To look after the problem and take care of the Hajjis at Mina and Arafat during the Hajj.
